Full of Ups and Downs – Limited Edition A0 Poster

Full of Ups and Downs is part of my Another Poster series on Instagram—a weekly design practice I’ve maintained for over eight years.

This artwork layers the phrase “Remember that life is full of ups and downs” across the surface in a handwritten-style rhythm, repeating like a mantra. Some lines flip upside down, creating a visual ebb and flow that mirrors the message.
